ABOUT BRIAN
Real Estate Agent Antelope Valley

I didn't get into real estate because I couldn't do anything else.

I chose it — the same way I chose to spend 26 years driving a Coca-Cola route, showing up at 4 AM every day because that's what the job required. The same way I chose to earn my CDL with every endorsement on it, and the same way I chose to put down roots in the Antelope Valley.

I've been licensed since 2006. I live in Littlerock. I've sold homes in Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Acton, Rosamond, and everywhere in between. I know which streets flood when it rains, which neighborhoods have the best schools, and which "great deals" on Zillow are actually money pits.

What I won't do

I won't tell you "now is always a great time to buy" when it isn't. I won't inflate a CMA to win your listing. I won't disappear after closing. I won't push you into a decision because I need the commission.

What I will do

Answer your calls. Give you honest numbers. Walk every property with you. Fight for the best price on your behalf. And tell you the truth — even when it's not what you want to hear. I also bring a work ethic to this business that most agents don't have. When you've spent decades doing physical work — loading trucks, running routes, driving in every condition imaginable — sitting in an air-conditioned office answering emails feels like a vacation. I don't take that for granted, and I don't take your trust for granted either.

Beyond real estate

I'm a proud Teamsters member, a Class A CDL holder, and someone who grew up around the entertainment industry — my father had a remarkable career that took him from the LAPD to

Hollywood sets. That background gave me an appreciation for hard work, storytelling, and

treating people right. It's the foundation of everything I do as your agent. If you're looking for

an agent who will be straight with you from day one, I'd love to hear from you.
